Price Your Harrington Home
Harrington Homes has prepared a pricing guide to help you select a home that fits your general budget preferences. The pricing has been prepared only as a guide and cannot be used to obtain an exact price. Lots within a subdivision have different costs and the work required to build a house on a given lot will also affect the final price.
Your home will be built to one of two sets of standards that we use to prepare a basic home cost.
- Our Traditional standards are used for most of our homes.
- Homes in Parkside Village have a different, upgraded set of standards.
- A customer can also ask us to apply the Parkside Village standards to almost any home we build. These are considered upgrades and are not included in this pricing estimator. Contact us for more information.
- All Harrington Homes feature high efficiency furnaces, Low E, argon gas filled energy efficient windows and upgraded insulation packages
The
pricing estimate for building
your home will depend on a
number of factors:
- the
location or subdivision you
choose
- the
specific lot in that
location
- the
home design you choose
- the
choices you make while
building your home that may
add, or subtract, from its
final cost
Here we
provide you with a basic pricing
for each of our locations and
home plans. These prices
use our traditional standards, plus the
average lot price for our
locations. If you review
floorplans, and they show extras
such as fireplaces or luxury
baths, then those will be
included in these basic prices,
too.
Of course,
this pricing does not apply for
custom homes.
